Just a couple of points about the BIG Brother Panto, and a bit of technical discussion about BIG Brother itself . . .

Firstly, a question - does anyone know if the BIG Brother "Lodge", is at BB's usual home of Elstree Studios, or at an
entirely different studio location elsewhere? Although, I think it's safe to assume that it's taking place away from the
usual BIG Brother house at Elstree, as that's currently being prepared for the new series of Celebrity BIG Brother.

Secondly, I'm surprised no-one else has mentioned that all the BIG Brother Panto footage so far has been in 16:9
widescreen. Could this be a sign of things to come? Is there a possibility that the main BIG Brother broadcast
facilities at Elstree, including the cameras in the house, have finally been upgraded to widescreen? We'll find
out for certain next week, judging by whatever aspect ratio Celebrity BIG Brother is presented in . . .

Of course its going to be in the same house.. If you look at the promo's which are currently being broadcasted on channel4, you can see shots of the BB5 House.

CBB shows NEVER design a new house.

It appears that it is an Endemol West production so must be from Bristol again.....

I wonder if its EXACTLY the same studio/equipment used for the Comedy Reality Show shown earlier in the year on C4 (and flopped - it was abysmal) and NOT funny!

PS wasnt Five's The Farm also an Endemol West production?

Oh dear. I've just watched them argue about whose series was better. Rolling Eyes Lowest of lows.

Thank you for yet another contructive comment. You really shuld have your own tv channel.

I thought Channel 4 had ruled out any more CBBs ever. What changed?

Not forgetting that the guy who said that - Mark Thompson - has since gone to the BBC.

Re: BB going 16:9
Although I do realise the majority of cameras are.....normal, there are a few CCTV cameras used, and I doubt you get widescreen ones? Wouldn't that therefore lead to cropping, which I know how much you all love...

I imagine if they're not concerned about the poor picture quality from a CCTV camera they wouldn't be too worried about cropping.
