I can remember this causing trouble in France.
Politicians were angry about it, it was like some sort of social taboo as well. Very odd.
In comparison, during PMQ's over here, politicians were comparing the Tory leadership to BB, etc etc.
I can't see why people get so obsessed with the programme, but I don't understand why there should be such a problem with it.

It's just that different peoples have different cultures. Not everyone sees everything the same way. Hence world wars, and flame threads!

Big Brother Hellas has begun!
From tonight Monday 10 September for the next 112 days, 6 men and 6 women will be housed in a complex in a suburb of Athens. The rules you know already.
Images from the house, complex, studio, titles and of the contestants will be available shortly -- that's if you're interested!

Oh well, as no-one has shown any interest (fair-enough) I shan't bother!
One last thing though. I noticed on the cbs.com web site that to watch the live internet feeds of US BB2, you had to pay around $10 for the privilege.
I was even more amazed that when I went back to check on the Hellenic BB site, you are required to sign up with a specific ISP before they'll let you see the live streams.
Were any such conditions imposed on the UK BB/BB2 web sites?

This thread disappeared the last time I posted in it! Maybe it will re-appear if I post again! (Though I doubt it!)
