It was great fun if you enjoy Just for Laughs or perhaps even Beadles About two decades ago. But the joke had run it's course after about the third person came in. The more people that came in, the more difficult for John to be noticed anyway.
Interesting tactic to crash out of the E4 coverage, with a countdown during the transmission and not during a natural break.
Matt Lucas was fantastic. Apparently Brian Sewell (that posh art crtic bloke innit) is in line to take part mind you, I think he was in line to host Big Mouth and never did.

Presumably that's it for him, he's finished? Will there be a different celebrity on every night? I'm not sure the celebrity intrusion will work. Everyone will notice that people are being prompted to say things.

He's still Big Brother today as well, then the next Celeb Hijacks
Could be nothing but could be an indication of C4 switching to the lower third method as both the main show and Big Mouth took this style - keeping their own background.
Now not unusual for the main show and BBLB to have crawling credits, but these were "page turns" with much smaller text than usual. Big Mouth usually has full credits.
So if it isn't nothing and is a sign of things to come, it looks like programmes would keep their own choice of backgrounds (and font) for the credits, with C4 then putting their promos over the top as they do with their current ECPs.
