I think in BB3 the stairs were there so the diary room could be between the bars (and the door had to be in the middle too, for obvious reasons...). Still I can't see why they have them in BB4

I suspect it's to make up for the lack of walkway over the moat. It probably wouldn't make for as 'dramatic' a TV moment if the evictee just walked out through the door straight into the crowd.
Plus, it gives the housemates a bit of a feeling of distance from the crowd (especially when the booing starts).
I think closing in the stairs this series was a good move. You almost have an airlock feel to entering on leaving the house.

Up until today I really didn't care whether Cameron or Scott won but given Cameron's comments today (below) it's going to have to be Scott...

Yeah, what is that tune that someone mentioned earlier please? The one used over the O2 Sponsor tag where the twins are moving their legs on the couch. It was in the chart recently and is a "bindi-bindi-bindi" bangra rap of some sort.

Well, I don't think there was any surprises there. Scott was asked the same question though - and his body language suggested to me his answer wasn't 100% genuine.

In the original Big Brother in Holland, the house was surrounded by two barbed wire fences which seperated the house form the crowds outside.

This created like a dry "moat" around the whole house.

Something like this would be cool for BB5, so the house resembles a TV prison with inmates!

But yes, I agree that the walk of shame was better in BB's 1&2 than in 3&4....

Saw the task on E4 today and god they failed! Never mind. Big bro is surely going to do something on Thuraday night. There not going to have them just sat there reading and talking.

I think C4 and Endemol should reconsider their wording on the end credit ECPs which have the phone numbers.

They currently read "To Win Cameron - call 09011 21 44... "

So we've discussed which housemates you want to win Big Brother... but if the ECP was as suggested, who would you want to win and what would you do with them?
