Ialthough they did include Josh as an extra housemate in BB2 and he was soooo boring.

And Elizabeth and Dean from BB2 were a bag of fun! Josh was not that bad. surely.

The new housemate is good. Does anyone think she has a good chance of winning it?? I'm not to sure. I bet in a few weeks, the housemates will pick her just because she is 'New' and they have not go to know her a well as the others.

How old is she? 35? Oldest one this year then. I bet Cam is relieved, now he will not be known as the 'Old and boring one' then.

Just been thinking, you know BB is full of surprises - e.g. add a new one, sending one to Africa? I wonder if in the last week, the surprise is that they HAVE to stay another week! Surely one extra week of BB will do no harm??

Yes I agree with you there - Dean and Elizabeth were so boring - but Josh was the person who annoyed me the most in BB2.

Well, I don't think that would happen this series, although the housemates have a ten week contract (although that possible covers their period in hiding prior to the programme).

Also, re: the new housemate winning. The HMs were talking about the possibility of a new housemate a couple of weeks ago and how Big Brother can send in a new housemate in the final week who would be eligible to win. I think it was Ray who said something along the lines of "The viewers could think they are all a bunch of ******* - we'll vote for the new one".

I bet this week Ray and Gos will be nominated. There has not been any major reasons for anyone to nominate others, and as Ray and Gos are the only remaining housemates not to have been nominated, I think the other housemates will try and play fair and nominate them.

Also, does anyone think that the rule about new housemates not being nominated in their first week is unfair now. In series 1 and 2 it made sense as no eviction took place in the first week, but now as the original housemates risk be evicted in the first week it doesn't seem fair that a later housemate gets two weeks guaranteed in the house while the original housemates only had one week guaranteed.

The US have unveiled plans to shake up their format and make it even less like the Big Brother shows across the world.

Big Brother: The X Factor will see 12 HMs sent in as usual, but after a period of time people will be sent into the house from the housemates past, such as ex-girl/boyfriends.

I think the producers have learnt this too now, from the premature eviction of Anouska (I bet they were gutted - only a week in and the possibly most entertaining housemate was gone). Also I think they've probably learnt quite a lot from BB Africa - I imagine next year they'll keep all of the housemates in for two or three weeks before the first eviction - to let everyone settle in and feel much more comfortable with eachother. By then all the housemates would have had time to form proper bonds and relationships, and there would be more possibility of any couples forming!

Gos, Nush and Ray are nominated this week. I expected Gos and Ray (they've not been nominated yet), but thought they would vote out Steph over Nush.

Anyway, GOS has got to go!!! Getting rid of Ray would completely remove all characters of any interest, and according to the Sunday People, Nush is a pyschopath who tries to kill people.

EVICT GOS - let them starve!!!

Ray is so sure he is going to win, so I'd love to see the look on his face if he got evicted, however, he has too much of a following I think, for this to happen.

Nush...I'd have to slap her if I was in the house. Would love her to go.

Gos probably should have gone before now, but because he's kept in the background, and he cooks, he's avoided nomination. Seems a nice enough bloke, but only Scott can equal him for being a non-entity in a house of nobody's. He'll probably go.

What's the big fuss about Ray? Christ, if I spent 3 minutes in a house with him I'd probably be driven to suicide, let alone 3 months.

He's the most irritating, smary, hyperactive tit in there.

Bet ya can't guess who I'm going to be voting for.

If he drives them to suicide, great!!!

It seems to me if anyone dares to try and stand out from the others they get stick. I believe Ray is the only one left willing to do almost anything for a laugh - don't vote another character out of the house in favour of a non-entity.

Also, BBLB. On Friday we were promised something revolutionary for Sunday. Did it happen - NO!

Yesterday we were promised the boss of Big Brother answering viewers questions today. Did it happen - NO!

And the end of today's show promised that viewers could give housemates a big surprise tomorrow. Will it happen?

Weird credits today. Just the generic Big Brother white screen with credits on the left and nomination details on the right. The TEXT vote details were in a different font and then the endcap was an E4 endcap.
