You seem to know an awful lot about it Katherine. I'm begining to think you may have been born a bloke too. Wink

Re: the website problems. It seems to be only if you try to connect using the link channel4.com/bigbrother. Using the full link works fine: http://www.channel4.com/bigbrother/index.html , or entering via the C4 homepage.

Also, excluding replacement contestants, the number of housemates per series is rising by one each year - 10>11>12>13 .

I have just finished watching the BIg Brother Swap programme and have to say it was very well put together!

The mishmash of opening title sequences and music was very well executed and the whole content of the Big Brother Africa setup was totally different! Music played every day in the house, evictions only every fortnight, the show runs over 100 days!, they have bunkbeds rather than spacious bedrooms, everyone seems to be sleeping anywhere and none of them were particularly good looking!

Cameron played it particularly well and they all seemed to like him and get on with him - I was cringing about the thought of Cameron representing 'us' over in Africa but he done a very good job and possibly I want him to win for just being himself over in Africa!

This new 35 year Welsh member seems alright - if you look at the odds now - she has got a very good chance of winning for very little effort and not spending THAT much time in the house either!

The girls look pretty hot in their jodpers!

I don't claim big knowledge, just possession of a ridiculously retentive visual memory that results in my being able to recall all sorts of obscure stuff that I read, along with being extremely visually astute....

Also, the odd coarseness of the head hair is something I've noticed when I've seen Ricki Lake/Jerry Springer/Maury Povich shows featuring trans-sexuals, it's never as 'fine' and 'natural looking' as female head hair.

There's actually no difference between male and female hair at all. Some people have nice hair, some people have crap hair, it's not tied to gender -- so I wouldn't read into that one!

Big hands on the other hand..

I wish they had included someone from Swansea on Big Brother. I am from Swansea and I feel we need to be presented. I believe Helen Adams was from the same sort of area as Lisa is (Cardiff/Newport area)

Yep, I can only get the title bit of the channel 4 site to load up.

Anyway, I think Lisa is actually a member of the production staff...she's no ordinary housemate! And there's something so familiar about her, but I can't put my finger on it.

That's exactly what I thought. I'm sure I've seen her somewhere before. I just can't think where.

Big Brother 1 had 11 housemates. Claire replaced Nasty Nick, becoming Housemate 11.

So did anything "revolutionary" actually happen in this afternoon's BBLB?

In a word "NO"
But look forward to a new schedule of BB Africa, BB Australia and BB America coming soon to Channel Four when they get rid of Brookside and Ri:SE!!!

I said excluding replacement housemates - and Claire REPLACED Nasty Nick.

Including replacements (denoted in brackets) the pattern is 10(+1)>11>12(+2)>13

I didnt think they were allowed to include a new housemate unless it was because someone decided to walk or was chucked out like Nick in BB1 - although they did include Josh as an extra housemate in BB2 and he was soooo boring.

I guess BB can change the rules whenever they choose.
