Big Brother: Cameron wins

I heard something about a trans-sexual that was being considered, but this information was to be with-held from the other contestants for some reason and they had to guess who that person was... is this still going ahead?

I believe it begins in around 2 weeks... maybe 3

It usually starts in the May half term week - getting the kids hooked before they go back to school. However, a later June start was rumoured, although I think Davina's pregnancy has brought the series forward again.

I wonder if they'll do the same as BB2 - as Davina was preggers, Zoe Ball was on standby to present every Friday night,. Imagine how freaked the contestants would be - "Big Brother house, this is Zoe"... There's be panic all round!
What do you reckon? Who'll be standby this year? Dermot O'Leary maybe??

I'd say it probably wouldn't affect her BB presenting duties (as in 2001) if her baby is due towards the end of the year - she was seven months when BB2 ended and was still energetic enough.

Then again, she didn't have to do as much walking then as she might have to do next year...

...perhaps that's where the buggy idea comes in!

Dermot was on Radio 2 a couple of weeks ago and said he believed it would be starting on the 23rd May. There was some reference to his birthday and how BB always started the week after it. But that was the date he was being told.

The whole "Davina's standby" rumour is mentioning Kate Lawler as the standby. But even if it is her, Davina has already said she'll need to be in labour before she stops doing BB!

Don't think the BB4 press launch will be too far away either. They normally release the press pack 2-3 weeks before it starts and allow all the journo's into the house for a nosey!

Does anyone have access to the C4 listings online? I'm sure there will be info on there as they're normally published six to eight weeks in advance.

The new logo (black + many colours) is apparently in Creative Review but I've not been able to get my hands on a copy.

Liking the logo - much better than last year's which came with sunglasses as standard. I heard that Kate Lawler was the standby this year too - would make sense now she's at RI:SE (which had quite strong links with BB3)

Ugh! That can't be the new logo! It's foul!

I think its starting on Friday 23rd May which would mean it would run until Fri 1st August.

And yes Kate is on standby incase Davina has to pull out during the series.
