Has that trans-sexual got into the final lot? I heard there was one contestant that got through was a trans-sexual...

THere was that rumour last year too - I tend not to take much notice of the rumours. The only one I can remember being true was the rich/poor divide.

As far as Jon's concerned, does anybody else find it odd that he's given up a £70,000 job to go into the house. I'd rather stick with that very respectable salary if I was him.

I think its odd but he probabaly thinks he can win the £70,000 prize money in 9 weeks time. I reackon he will go next week

I think Anouska will be evicted this week, maybe Jon the following week.

But i quite like Sissy and i think she could win I dont think a guy will win this years?.

Quite like the look of the housemates this year, and the house looks alot better, although they now need a new Diary Room chair after the HMs piled on and broke it.

Like the eviction staircase, and it looks alot better having the large seeled of area around the exit. The doors also look really good, but if they are anything like the automatic door in BB2, they'll keep opening by mistake. The house looks quite good, although the main living area could do with a bit more colour - and surely the diary room is a fire hazard.

The set, although minamilst, looks alot better. I imagine BBLB will have a seperate area in the studio. However, I think the titles are quite poor - the logo is very good but just not incorporated very well. On screen presentation is similar to that of BB2s' white astons, although they used similar style introductions of the HMs to BB1.

Anouska or Jon will go next week. I imagine with the names of some of the HMs there may be alot of void text votes!!!

Liked the nomination process used on the first night. Alot simpler, and I think it should be continued. This way, HMs have to get on with everyone in the house, and there is a better chance annoying housemates will face eviction.

Nearly 8m watched the launch show on Friday, up from 5.6m last year, while over 5m watched the nominations.

My tip for the final four:
Federico (possible winner), Nush (possible winner), Justine (stealth contestant) and Ray (stelth contestant). I think Cameron and Steph may also do well, but not make the final week. As a chef, Gos will probably not be nominated early on, but as soon as he is the public will vote him out.

Just a point about the two-Anouskas thing - did you know that BB has had two housemates with the same name every year?
S1: Nicholas and Nichola - male & female versions of same name
S2: Paul and Bubble (Bubble's real name is Paul)
S3: Alex and Sandy (both short forms of Alexander)
S4: Nush and Anouska.

I don't see this whole Fed to win thing - he seems quite arrogant to me. Some of them are similar to previous HMs - Nush is the new Sada (I guess C4 wanted to wait a while before putting another yoga-loving veggie blonde in 'cos Sada was first out of S1) and Cameron's the new Sandy (mature in comparison to the other HMs. And Scottish.)
I think Justine, Cameron, Ray, Anouska and Gos could make the final five - Tania will probably be out before too long, and if Anouska makes it thru this vote she may surprise all with her longevity (think Helen, Jade).

I've read somewhere that Josh's real name was Paul too. Don't know if that's true or not though.....

Does anyone know when red button services for Big Brother are starting on Telewest Broadband because they haven't started yet and I thought it would begin as soon as BB4 started?

Don't know if this has been mentioned, but here's a rumour from Popbitch that I haven't heard before:

Quote:
Big Brother 4 starts this week, and there
are new efforts to liven up the format.

This year, the BB house has a secret wall which
leads to a bar and club. When the inmates win
a special challenge and drinks prize, the wall
will be opened and the housemates will be
served by guest "celebrities".

Incidentally, I've spotted the bathroom cabinets I helped them get for the house bedrooms and was suprised to see they've painted them (green or lilac, to match the bedroom walls). They look quite good. Haven't seen the shelves they said they'd be using, though...

We all wish! *sigh* But I don't think he is. Scott is gorgeous and I think could be a winner... Loving all the pool action so soon in the series! Hmmm - oh god - I feel lots of late nights coming on! Very Happy
