Big Brother: Cameron wins

Digital Spy has received news that Big Brother is leaving Elstree for a new more secluded site in Epsom, Surrey. (p82)
Anouska, Justine and Sissy halved the number of girls in the house within three weeks. Fed and Jon left together, followed by Tania and her blusher. Gos left to silence after the evacuation, while Lisa was booted out to boos. Then Jon went back in and Nush was evicted - leaving Cameron, Ray, Scott and Steph to fight it out for £70,000.

There are several rumours regarding this years Big Brother - I'll outline a few here:

Head of Household system - the winner of a weekly challenge gets own appartment and chooses who is nominated for eviction

Golf buggy evictions - a getaway car for housemates leaving for the studio

An "Attic of reserves" - 10 housemates will enter the new house, with 4 more living in the attic. When the producers feel like it, they can replace a housemate with one from the attic

Big Brother Australia has just begun and it's been hugely revamped. Fifteen contestants turned up expecting to be on the show, and the first one was let in the house. A further five then went into a second house, with Big Brother turning away the rest at the door.

The show will be operating with two houses, and now just has 8 contestants, with more expected to be voted in. ( http://bigbrother.com.au )

Big Brother in Holland did something similar last year with a Bungalow and a Bunker.

Won't that look good - the long, pointless staircase, followed by a ride on a short piece of tarmac via a getaway golf buggy. Again, pointless.

This years logo, and I've seen it, is, on black, prism colours - you know the blurry thing you often get to choose colours in photoshop - HSV settings .

It's that coloured in the eye and lines coming out from the centre blasting out. Not like last years concentric circles.

It's in this months Creative Review if you want to see it - i'll try get a scan.

If you could get a scan, it would be greatly appreciated; Every year the logo looks worse as a still, but so far it has worked better on screen each year.

Are these real rumours, or just deliberate fake ones given out by the production company, as happened last year?

I've heard about the attic rumour, but the others seem weird!
I'd like to see the new logo....

Anything has to be better than those shocking green stripes.

The 'head of the household' thing comes from the American Big Brother.

What's that about the Australian version? Sounds very complicated! So there's one house with one person in it????

Sounds like fun - though I still think the first series and format was the best one.

Best check out the news section of the Aussie website (see above). I don't quite get it myself either. I think the Aussie version is starting earlier this year as it normally starts midway through the UK version. Also, their website is much better this year.

It's alot easier on the eye - actually look quite nice!

...and the question EVERYONE in the UK is wanting to know is when does BB4 begin on Channel Four/E4?
