Big Brother - announces the result on the net firs

I decided to so a little experiment with two feeds of Big Brother, one from Channel 4 and one from their website.

When it came to announcing the 'Narinder is out' result, the web feed was found to be about 1 minute ahead of the programme. Bizarre!

Well. R u sure. I tried this too and I found the web stream was actually behind.
One thing to check is that if you are watching it through Digital TV, i.e Cable, OnDigital, Sky etc. there is a delay which occurs all the time.

This is usually because it takes the signal longer to reach your TV and be decoded.

Positive, I was watching 'The Incredible Travelling Diary Room Chair' on Channel 4, whilst the result was being announced by Davina on the web feed.  I switched between terrestrial and digital (digital about 5 seconds behind), however about 1 minute later I saw what I had just heard from the web feed!

Fishy goings on a Ch4, how dare they delay live TV programmes in favour for web feeds!

Just noticed on the BB web site, the eviction notice was posted at 8.47pm, however it wasn't announced until 8.52pm on Channel 4!
