I think the water throwing and arguing in the 30 seconds countdown must have caught Big Brother off guard. As when Grace was evicted they didn't tell the housemates to close the door, resulting in a couple of them being able to see the flashing lights and clearly hear the reaction. I'm not sure if this will be mentioned tonight, but last night some of the housemates were talking about it.

I noticed that as well - I presume they were making sure Susie was OK.

I'm a bit surprised that they opened the door too early though. Usually they make a big deal of the downstairs door being closed before the evictee is allowed out. A bit of a mistake there I think.

If Aisylene had squared up to Grace, do you think they would cut to Davina, or leave it rolling, and if Suzie retaliated by chucking water at Grace?

If it got violent, they would probably cut to a caption. I think there is a slight delay between the eviction and the broadcast.

Oh, and another thing, Davina wasted about 30 valuable seconds of interview time asking Grace where she bought her "totally fierce" boots. I mean, come on, what's all that about? That's not television. Rubbish like that could have been saved for a private chat between the two of them in the bar afterwards.

I don't think Davina went too easy on Grace at all. She said what needed to be said, showed the clips of her being a bitch, and asked her to explain herself. That Grace came out of the interview looking better for it is not something to complain about.

She admitted her faults and showed herself to be quite self-aware and articulate for someone only twenty years old. I think Davina was genuinely impressed by her attitude, and she said as much.

As for the door opening early, so what? In BB1, the housmates used to step outside the house every Friday night, and wave at the crowds across the bridge. But then those were the good old days, I suppose, when there were no gimmicks and noone got booed (except Nick, obviously).

Perhaps Davina was a bit concerned if she did give Grace a hard time she'd get a backlash like she did with Makosi?

Probably. Makosi got just as bad a reaction as Grace - and Davina still got criticised for her interview. I think overall, Davina is just trying to make sure she watches what she says this series, because there was even an Ofcom investigation into that interview, about her being racist or something. Although I think Ofcom have to investigate every complaint anyway, and naturally they found nothing.

Thanks for that. I missed the actual moment (bent down to pick the remote up) and missed the entire incident.

Grace's behaviour was disgusting last night, that was so wicked throwing a glass of water in Susie's face. It just shows how much of a coward and a bully she really is. I thought Aisleyne was dead right shouting back at her, although for a split second I thought everything was going to go pearshaped and a major fight break out between the pair live on TV.
I'm so glad Grace went, truly the biggest bitch and nasiest housemate Big Brother has ever seen. She treats people like muck. Her only speciality is in backstabbing and talking nastily about people.

I've noticed that too - but they also say the Eviction interview is at 10.20pm, when it's ten minutes earlier.

I've not noticed on the highlights show that the eviction happens noticably earlier though - I do think it is 100% live.
