Correct, but it happened before BB7 started. Endemol allowed her to go in as they didn't think it would interfere with the Police investigation. It's obviously not yet resolved, but since Slezer isn't allowed back because he's on bail, they had to treat Bonnah the same!

MediaGuardian reports that 600 people have complained to OFCOM about the former housemates going back into the house.
They also report that ITV is going to bid for the rights to the next series, though C4 have a clause to be given the chance to beat any other offer.
I doubt whether C4 would let the series go, but I suspect the price they pay for the next series may well be substantially higher and if that's the case they'll be looking for ways to substantially increase the revenue coming in from it.

I thought C4 had it signed up until at least next year?

Well if ITV get their mitts on it BB is definitely finished. You'd think Endemol would be ok with making sure the show was kept relatively the same, but this is ITV - they interfere so much with programmes they well and truely balls them up.

God if ITV did get their hands on BB i would say it would mark the beginning of the end.
I really dont see how ITV could give it, and do it justice as Channel 4/ E4 do.

Endemol have ballsed their own show up. I don't think it's possible even ITV could interfere with it anymore then Endemol already have.
One minor point that seems to be forgotten this year is however much the fanatic DS lot complain about the show, they still seem to be watching according to the ratings! It's being a very successful year in Endemol's eyes. The only thing they can do wrong is sell it to ITV.
