Anyway, that's pretty much guaranteed Nikki will be one of the final night housemates.
I very much doubt that Thikki will be invited to rejoin the main house by the remaining 4 or 5 HMs next Friday (as long as Endemol tells them the truth about whoever it is becomes eligible to win).
They will undoubtedly select someone who poses no threat to them, after all this is the endgame and they are all playing to win now.
This is a scandalous "twist". They have spoiled the whole series with this constant interferring with evictions. This is truly the final nail in the coffin because Endemol have lost credibility now and next year (if there is a BB8) they will have a hard job convincing people to vote under the slogan "Who goes? You decide" when clearly we don't!
I can appreciate that many of you really don't like Nikki, but are you telling me the house is full of worthy winners at the moment? There's not one in there (including Glyn or Pete) who are stand-out candidates.
I'm glad this thread hasn't (yet) descended into the farcical tones of Digital Spy, with silly teenagers claiming they have a "legal case against Endemol".
What a lot of tosh!
The most important rule in the BB book is that they can change the rules as they see fit.
Where did it say they were eligible to win the prize?

I agree that this year's HMs are poor quality compared to previous years, but the fact remains that all of the ex-HMs were voted out and it makes a mockery of the eviction process to allow them back in.

Also concur. I have read some of the silly arguments on DS and there is little point shouting about legal challenges. The simple answer is not to vote anymore since Endemol have shown that it's a waste of money if they don't agree with the result.
The worst "twist" of course is allowing an ex-HM to win.

Yes but I would be paying my money to put Nikki back in, and I'd pay again to see her win.
Is my money not as good as those who voted her out?
Of course your money is as good as anyone elses, but many people would not have voted at all for any of the evictions had they known it was all a sham.

Why all the sudden sympathy for people who vote in Big Brother? These people are idiots. Maybe this will teach them that their vote is worthless. I doubt it though, the same money burning fools will probably still vote to put someone back in.
If you like Big Brother (which I do by the way) and you can afford to lose a few pounds then why not put a bet on the next person to be evicted or even the overall winner? Channel 4 have banner ads for William Hill, so if you feel guilty about not giving Channel 4 any money you could always follow the link from their site and bet that way. They would probably make more money from William Hill if you spent the money gambling then they do from the phone companies if you spend the same amount voting. You might get something out of it too.
I've never understood why people complain about quiz channels making money from viewers when Big Brother is getting away relatively criticism free. At least quiz channels pay out sometimes.
I think most fans with a brain would be aware that there is always the chance an evictee could return!
As has always been the case - Big Brother can change the rules at anytime! I think even if at 9.20pm on a Friday night they decided that the HM voted out by viewers that week would actually be the winner, Endemol would be covered!
Also, a vote isn't a guarantee - I've voted out Richard several times this year, but I'm not off to sue Endemol because he's still there!
I am actually glad one of them will be back in the "game", rather than just their for the "entertainment value"!
And if the fans really don't want an evictee to win, they simply won't vote for them in the final week!
I agree with Brekkie Boy - it's the constant changing and evolving of the show and the rules which keeps the format fresh and watchable. If they weren't doing this now, what would we have? Same old same old for the last couple of weeks. I like to see something different. One of the things I've liked the most about this year's series is that there have been so many faces, constantly being swapped around, lots of new blood being introduced to keep it interesting.
To be honest, if it means
that
much to you that a housemate you feel you have "voted out" is going back in...there has got to be something missing from your life. It's a TV show. It's not the general election.
