I can confirm this is a Big Brother feed, but whether it's uncensored or not, only time will tell.
It's very unlikely that it will be un-censored. I can't think of a reason why they would let an unbroadcastable stream out of Elstree studios, let alone up to a satellite

Yeah because it would cost a hell of a lot to replace all the cameras to widescreen-enabled ones. There would be no problem with E4 as E4 is widescreen now.
