I don't think this year will be as big as last year for Big Brother. It's not a new thing anymore plus the fact the World Cup at points will overshadow Big Brother completely. It's gonna take me a while to get used to the set of charcters but I have a feelin im not gonna be hooked like last year.
I think the whole problem with the show is that because they are totally cutoff from the outside world, they have sod all of interest worth talking about - in fact, if you watch the unedited coverage, you will see they spend far more time talking about the actual show than anything else - this makes it incredibly dull to watch.
I can't understand the ban on clocks/watches either. What's the point of that?
I say give them access to TV/radio, and see what effect being able to watch themselves and read what is being written about them has on everything, in a kind of Russian-doll TV experiment.
Aren't they jail bars? To divide the house? Rich side, poor side?

It's been on from 23.00 - 23.25 so far tonight and very little has happened. We have had a total sound cut for legal reasons as well. What on earth can they be whispering about that warrants a drop out in sound. For the last 10 minutes we have just seen Sandy reading. I think Channel 4 are getting us conditioned for the next big thing.... watching paint dry!!!

This looks lke it could be true then, with rumours about Heaven/Hell parts of the house a few months ago.
But could this be just C4 playing a trick on the public? Like last year, extra rooms were rumoured so C4 put some extra rooms on their house map!

Well, according to the papaers this morning, Jade's been arrested for shoplifting in Selfridges and her dad's been in and out of jail for drugs. Perhaps something to do with that? Oh yeah, and she's also the bookie's fave to be voted out first. Alison is favourite to win.
Last night was a prime example of the stupidity of the production team. On Channel 4 last night, when a large audience would have been watching (more than e4), they showed Sandy reading, when on the other live feed, there was an hilarious conversation between Alison and Jonny! Yet they chose to show Sandy!!!! WHY?!!
This was a good example to show off the live coverage to a channel 4 audience who do not have access to e4, yet they threw it away by showing the most boring of the 2 feeds!
Same goes for e4, right now on live b on the interactive, nearly all the group are talking, yet on live a, (the one which is being shown on e4) oh, look it's spencer on his own, yawning!!!!

They probably stayed with Sandy as being a loner that evening, he was the one who would be the least libellious out the lot of them. Bearing in mind that the coverage went off air (if I can use that term) for a while before that.
Although I am finding this live coverage a bit tedious as they keep going away as soon as someone says erm... I know it's going to bleep on this! But you know what I mean! I think I will stick to the highlights myself.
Now, I've invited my friends round my house to watch me eat my dinner. Well you all do it watching them eat on telly so what's the difference!
