It's all about context again - it's fine for South Park (or Big Brother) to show someone saying the word as long as they show that it's unacceptable for that person to say the word

It's such a shame. Carole has to be one of the most interesting people in there, with her views and background in campaigning. But so far she hasn't let on what she's all about and what she has done in the past, and has become the other housemates' slave. It's not as if the others are interested in her anyway.
