It happens, usually in areas with a predominant ethnic population, and shouldn't be accepted either.

But the Police rarely do anything and it doesn't get the same publicity. There have been some Employment Tribunal cases brought where people felt discriminated against because they were unfairly treated during recruiment because of an "ethnic quota" being used. (They are also illegal).

This is the problem, people take offence too readily and easily. No wonder society never moves positively forward from the dark days of real racism. Racism is only racism if you take offence.

You know when Trace first entered the house i thought, thats a woman i would clash with but as time has gone on she's one of the few i think i could get on with. She's really down to earth. She's become one of my fave housemates alongside Lesley and Carole.

I agree, and I took great offence at Charley and Nicky being openly able to use that word and it being transmitted without any recourse.

The racism here is in the inequality of treatment.

Political Correctness gone mad. Interesting, there was a documentary on BBC3 last night about what slogan's are allowed on demonstration placards. Reporter, Sam Delaney ended up doing a demonstration about "nothing" with a blank placard....yet..still got done by police.
