I don't imagine that the C4 CE will be skipping through hoops over the disaster this programme became over this series.
I don't think you could argue they have gone for the minority card having had a non-UK transexual winner before.
However, Brian "I've-got-no-Brain" won on his gameplan which was to portray himself as an idiot and perhaps also (rather badly) reinforce sterotypes about young people in Essex and the poor education we seem to provide these days.
After 12 years (at least) of education I cannot believe that this person:

Clearly the public felt so ashamed for letting this person down through his "edukashun" that they decided to give him £100K for the special treatment he needs. The twins winning would have hardly been better. A pair so stupid they had to be put together as a "single housemate" so they could muster a working brain cell.
Why didn't the trailer for BB9 simply say:
"ONLY PEOPLE WITH SEVERE MENTAL HEALTH OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROBLEMS NEED APPLY"
