Big Brother

Well, the show was certainly near live as they had the breaking news of Chanelle leaving, which was developing as the show was on air.


Hopefully Charley will join Shaun Rider on C4's banned list and we'll never have to see her again on TV!

Chanelle has gone, finally.

Hmmm that is quite sad. I think she was one of the most interesting housemates.

Although some things she said drove me mad, she wasent that bad in terms of a housemate to entertain us. Hopefully NoTrace will go this Friday.

Oh noes! Chanelle was far too fab, and losing her along with Charley in one weekend cannot bode well for its remainder - even though I've tried to be defensive about it :p
It's really all down to the Halfway House to inject some life into this series, I guess.

After Chanelle left she actually came back into the house to get her teddy and then returned to the diary and then return again! She is still in the house waiting for her parents to arrive.

Interesting that the fire alarm went off last night and all the housemates ended up in the halfway house area? Was that bad planning or meant to happen?

Anyway, bye bye Chanelle - I think the competition was up for her as soon as Amy entered.

Well just checking over DS and apparently she actually hasent left yet. Surley she could be housed up in the complex somewhere instead of staying until they sort things out.

Yes, I'm watching the live stream NOW and she is still there.

It's ridiculous that Channel 4 should announce "Chanelle has left" (past tense) - and two hours after the announcement, she's still there!

If her parents are driving down from Yorkshire it's going to be hours until they arrive. In the meantime she's using the Big Brother house as a waiting room. Why can't they just take her out now? For heavens sake, she's an adult! She can survive a few hours outside the house until her parents arrive!

I can only assume this is a ploy to make her want to change her mind (yet again).

Or a vague hope that Ziggy will flirt with Kara-Louise and they can squeeze a few more dregs of television out of Chanelle's adverse reaction to this.

On the live feed Ziggy has just come out of the diary room with a suitcase and appears to be unpacking it. I've no idea what that is about. ...Actually watching the feed more I think Channelle is back in the house as I think I've seen her by the kitchen with the twins.

If she doesnt leave tomorrow, then i hope she is up for eviction and the public vote her out.

Today has been nothing but a farce.


It's one thing to prevent HMs leaving on a knee-jerk reaction, but quite another to use these sort of delaying tactics AFTER a HM has packed and said goodbye - and for once Chanelle appeared to have made the decision rationally and was clearly happy with the decision she'd made.


You lot know I defend the show alot and won't jump on bandwagons - but they've gone too far today, however much the show might suffer due to the loss of Chanelle.


( though the truth is if producers trusted the format and remembered "Big Brother" is the star, not Chanelle or Charley, the show would barely suffer at all really! )
