Yes, but there wasn't an international dispute supposedly about somebody's sexuality, in January, now was there? That's the only reason they threw Emily out..scapegoat.

So you are saying that the descrimination laws in the UK should only be enforced when breaches cause an international incident?

Perhaps if one of the gay HMs was fro overseas exactly the same sort of incident could (and perhaps should) have occurred.

It's wrong to pick and chose a "level of discrimination" according to political impact rather than the offence perceived by viewers or the recipient.

Carole's got her head screwed on though. She's pretty much cottoned on to Pauline's game.

I'm not really sure how BB will define someone rumbling her, because it's quite unlikely someone will point at her and scream "LIAR", whereas Carole's spot-on cynicism is probably about as far as that'd go, even though it's unlikely to 'count'.

A slip of the Aussie accent may give the game away or if, for any reason, Pauline gets into an arguement with someone.

Carole and Tracey mentioning that Laura could be "in some studio somewhere" when she was supposedly in the Aussie Diary Room was very telling. Its looking good.

Yeah - I imagine someone will either have to confront "Pauline" or tell Big Brother.

Why didn't BB just hire an authentic Aussie actor/actress instead? Confused

Because the point is she's fake. What's the point in hiring an Aussie to pretend to be an Aussie?
