After previous teasers promoting the Twitter campaign #whatsthesecret, the trailer has dropped and here it is:

The 2013 eye is shown at the end and it appears to be made up of doors and florescent lights:

Emma Willis has replaced Brian Dowling on the main show and she will also continue to host Bit On The Side three nights a week and Rylan and AJ Odudu, the rest. Rylan will also present Sunday lunchtime edition if Bit On The Side.

Channel 5 has confirmed that the live feed will return from 7-9pm every evening, on 5★ and a new spin-off programme, Bit On The Phych, 'where a panel of experts and psychologists will analyse the behaviour of the housemates across the week'.

Big Brother is expected to return on Thursday 13th June.

EDIT: This image has also just been added to the Facebook page, showing the regular eye without the 5 logo:

Did Brian leave voluntarily or was he asked to leave?

He was pushed. I think the bigger question is.....did Emma morph into Davina voluntarily or was she asked to?

Does anyone, genuinely, still talk about this show anymore? It's the reality TV equivalent of Who Wants to be a Millionaire.

Last time I remember it being a major talking point was around 2007-8.

Seriously, why do they keep bringing this show back? It's past it's sell by date like TOWIE!

Because it's still making money Channel 5's parent company and they'd be making less money if they didn't show it?

I think they have taken a risk messing with Big Brother's Bit on the Side. It was a good programme with Emma Willis, Alice Levine and Jamie East. Although Emma Willis has been given a promotion on paper, in reality she has a much lesser role presenting the Channel 5 programme than she did presenting Big Brother's Bit on the Side every week day. I'm not sure if Rylan Clark is that interesting.

I doubt it's making much money for Northern & Shell. Endemol, on the other hand, are probably laughing all the way to the bank that someone is still paying for this drivel.

Viewing figures declined to 1.6M by the end of the last series. That's about the same as 'Flog It' gets on BBC TWO, which is rather ironic when C5 are clearly doing that to a dead horse.

Well not really, she'll still be hosting the spin off several days a week whilst also hosting the main shows which rate higher and no doubt pay much more.

But that's still way more than the average Channel 5 prime time programme isn't it, and you'd probably get much higher figures for the evictions and final etc?

Also I wonder how many copies extra copies of the Daily Star it sells.

I think he understands that. He's saying her talents are better utilised on the discussion format. Not she'd rather be doing it or getting paid more for it.

Why would you think that? BB has introduced a younger audience to a channel they never usually watch, attracting several advertisers which didn't previously advertise on C5. It's dirt cheap to produce, fills up airtime for several months of the year, gets the channel publicity, fills their original programming requirements nicely, allows them to make money from the numerous sponsorship and product placement deals they've had. There's no doubt the show is highly profitable for them, they wouldn't still be making it if it wasn't.
