Greg Scott ( bless him ) tonight announced that it was the last " Big Box Bingo" from its current home ( broadcast from Lithuania ) to a " new home " from next Tuesday.
Anyone any idea where from?
From Greg's comments, the new studio still seems to be being worked on....so not sure if the actual studio is brand new or not in addition to a new location
I don't know but if they've got nothing to hide there is no reason why it needs to be broadcast from Eastern Europe.
Cost?
Why do you think they have something to hide anyway?
Well considering alot of these channels and services seemed to ship out to Eastern Europe after the premium rate bubble burst last year of course it's going to raise suspicions - even if they are 100% legit.

Maybe so, but its broadcast by a UK based channel, uses a UK 0871 number (not officially premium rate - yet AFAIK) and is run by a UK PLC so they are as regulated as the next show (for example, the 100% legit Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Take Away - broadcast from the UK).
I don't think i've ever seen Big Box Bignuts or whatever it is but coming from Lithuania surely means... poor sound, poor OSGs, poor image quality and one static camera with a glum presenter trying to pretend they are a Eurovision act from 1984. In that case, Greg's let himself go abit - still on the other hand, a job's a job.
And yes, I'm with Brekkie, there is something dodgy in broadcasting from Lithuania for a live UK show (Eurovision excepted).

I've never watched Big Box Bingo, but Greggles popped up a few preview pictures on his facebook page, it looks like Big Box Bingo will be scaled down compared to that video, but will have the addition of former Quizmainia production team members.
I don't know! You have every right to be suspicious, cos of what other shows / channels have got up to in the past, but the only reason we came from Lithuania was that we could have a massive studio cheaply! That's it! No hidden agenda!
As for letting myself go, tell you what I'll do, I'll quit the job, and my family can forage for food under park benches. TUT!
I'm enjoying BBB, I'm earning a living. It's not primetime ITV, admittedly, but I'm very happy.
The show is going very well, in every way, and I hope that those who have enjoyed what we have done for the last nine months, continue to do so.
Big Box Bingo, live from London, this Tuesday, 6.30pm, Sky 847 (www.bigboxbingo.com)!!!!

Studio may be cheaper but I'd have thought any savings would be eaten up by getting the staff out there etc. - though then again now you can probably get a flight to Lithuania for less than the London congestion charge.
P.S. What happened to the Quizmania returning rumours?
