Yes, Nana HAS jumped over to price-drop.tv, where she's joined the hosts who have been there since the channel's launch, and, with the extension of broadcasting hours on the 25th of August, some new faces too...

... they include a chap by the name of Greg Scott... he seems PARTICULARLY good... don't know why I like HIM so much... There must be a reason.....

Indeed he is. I buy all my jewel encrusted globes from him Wink

I love both Bid-up and Price-Drop. Nana Akua is my fave auctioneer/pricedropper - she is so fun! Roll on Price-drop on Freeview! Smile
Auctionworld.tv - AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
I think that explains it enough. Rolling Eyes . Especially stretched from 4:3 to 16:9.

Jeez, what's with the obsession with bidup.tv?

I can't stand any type of shopping channel myself. Evil or Very Mad

Ah, but bid-up and price-drop are top quality British Auctioneering channels, not terrible channels like Vector Direct and all those other crap channels showing the same old 'Instant Abs' and 'Steam buggy' Sh!te.

I'm really excited. - I'm going for an interview on September 11th for a job as one of those lovely people who answer the phones at Bid-up-tv and talk to the customers. My job description involves calling back winning bidders and getting their details. There in Acton West London and i'm in North London so it will take a while to get there - but I don't mind!

7.00 p/h working six days a week. I've had my phone interview and it's looking good.

Not so much a foot in the door - more like a small toe.

What did they ask you on the telephone interview?

Just out of curiousity.

Thanks,

Thanks very much for those, they were fantastic Very Happy and showcased the Peter Simon that seems so much more sedated now Sad
I'm sure if he took a holiday, he would be back to his old self again. He's aged really badly in the space of half a year or so.

I totally agree with you Luke.
He needs a holiday for a week or 2.
He will be full of life and very energetic.
