I hope bid tv's graphics include a rising arrow. Wink

Hopefully they'll obscure the screen with something actually worth watching.

And in other bad news for television, us Freeview folk are stuck with QVC until at least 2022.

To be fair QVC is the best of a bad bunch, it hasn't been open to much change and other than the presenters and graphics, it's still feels the same after a decade.

What I find interesting is that in the last 5/6 years QVC's audience has grown thanks to the increased uptake of Sky and Freeview and yet they only have the single channel, where as every other shopping success story seems to have 3-4 channels each now, where as QVC just has the one.

QVC is definately the best of a bad bunch, some people I know have bought stuff of of there & they said it was alright.]

Gemstone globes, yes. Very nice, bought one last year as a Christmas Present for my parents. They do sell them extremely cheaply for what they are.

I disagree, I think price-drop is the best of bunch. In fact price-drop is the only channel I will watch and buy stuff from. Sure, it can be cheesy to watch, but it is a very good shopping channel, and I seem to get satisfaction from watching the price go down. They also have many good items on the channel, such as Sat Nav's, TV's, etc, with the occasional rubbish item, such as the 10 pack of lightbulbs they had the other day.
