There's an advert at the top of Digital Spy forums at the moment advertising Win Cash Live which states "Watch Popular TV Shows" are they allowed to stream TV shows?

The version I've seen elsewhere uses a GIF, saying "Watch Popular TV Shows", then "Win Cash Live". It's playing up the games on various TV shows, especially the watch-along ones.
I think it's more a case of... "Do you watch popular TV shows?" ... "Then WinCashLive!" ?
I wonder what other distribution plans they have up their sleeves, I'll have to prod my source for some information!
That banner I posted above is still doing the rounds and it does not say anything like that. It switches between "Watch popular TV shows" then it switches to the website address.
I wonder why they skirt around and try their best to avoid saying the word "bet"; even in some context's where the word is warranted and would be perfect - it's never said. For example:
"Imagine you're watching big brother, it's exciting because you have "that interest" in it by playing this game"
Why not state it for what it is? A bet. a wager.
Definitely an editorial decision, but... they're quite happy to state that "We're gambling" - so why not call a duck a duck?
I would suggest the "Win Cash Live is Gambling" is at the insistence of the Gambling Commission, perhaps on account of the fact the service deliberately does not market itself as a betting service, and staff are instructed to use words such as "play" instead of "bet" and "prize" instead of "winnings".
Did some playing around with the Win Cash Live website, and found their stream URLs, they have 4 different streams; and they are streaming none-stop games (automated), presumably testing for website launch soon:
Open it in VLC Player (Media >Open Network Stream), select "Show More Options" and set Caching to 9000ms to prevent a laggy stream.
I have to wonder why they're opting to stream these via video, instead of using Flash/HTML5 to render them with a backend server doing the selections/generating to prevent tampering, like many other online casinos, etc, work. Seems much more expensive to do a literal video stream.
You can also find them by pressing the "next" button on the video player on the homepage. The broken stream was working earlier, playing Win Cash Dice. It seems the video is stuck, as it is still switching between the countdown and the video of the throw.
They have always had four streams running - they used to be simulcasts of the main stream before, but seemingly at progressively lower bitrates.
The Race launched tonight - instead of the ClipArt-esque images above, people could send in pictures of their cats to be used for the race.
