I watched in almost utter disbelief the news last night on BBC1.

Ragei Omar was with the evil Taleban in Afghanistan and was saying how bad America was and the damage it was causing to them.

It makes me wonder who's side the BBC is on - The American/British alliance, or the cave dwelling Taleban.

BBC = B in Ladens B est C hums?

i sort of agree, although i havent noticed it particularly on bbc (though when i saw him on the 1oclock news, rageh omar did seem to report the war from an anti US angle).  in my oppinion ITN, particulariy channel four news have approached the air strikes in terms of 'theyre bombing poor starving people' angle.

whilst on the other hand bbc, and particularily newsnight have presented the initial facts, and then have a discussion - (ie seperating fact from oppinion)

i reakon the reason why channel 4 (and other news programs) blur facts and oppinions, is that it created a headline during the queit period, as now there are other stories they seem to have stopped it
