Er, sticking with YTV - but going off subject, sorry!
Is Tonight going to make a return? I think they use the same studio as L!ve Lunch so if they rip that out, a new look for Tonight!
No apparently Live Lunch is the replacement for Tonight. Wheel of Fortune can't go on for ever so not sure what will happen to the 5:30pm slot, but I hear there is another ITV soap on the horizon.
YTV did not use the fanfare in the 1995 idents, and there was uproar in Yorkshire... i'll bet.
I have been sent a tape by YTV of all of their ident from long ago, all in R8.5 if anyone wants them.
I have a rare colour version (used internally only) of the original ident, and some YTV self promotion when they were under threat from Granada and Tyne Tees in the overlap areas, with that oh so catchy slogan....
'Turn to Yorkshire - Serving Six Million'.
All very good stuff though.
My favourite ever would have to be the liquid gold ident, does this count as 'recent times'?

I think the best thing to do is put them on your website which I hope will have captures of the Sky News election programme as I will be unable to capture it. DAMN!
I am going to tape the Sky News ident and intro and the BBC ident and intro, ITV starts at the same time as the Beeb so annoyingly I will miss it.
I will put the YTV stuff up when I get chance, I am certainly not sending them out as individual e-mails, forget that idea now.
