Has anyone seen Lisa Matthews do the BBC2W weather at around 9.10pm on a weekday evening (DSat EPG No. 961).

I know she has a lot to talk about in a relatively short space of time, but she presents it as though she's about to miss the last bus home.

I'm sorry but Craig wins hands down in terms of the regional weather presenters. There is no competition.

I think Craig is great to. It will be hard to replace him when he retires.

the guy here does a good job (West), but Derek is the best.

Craig is excellent - and a great general presenter as well as a weather presenter.

However - don't forget about that good ol' Norfolk boy Ivor Moores. He was a Met forecaster (though now works for the Beeb I believe) and has quite a following in the Eastern counties. He's also almost always right - and his Look East forecasts are often more reliable than those from London (he'll disagree with Bracknell and do his own on occasions - and guess who is normally right...)

Lovely bloke as well.

Suspect that Plymouth, Southampton and Norwich treat weather more seriously than other regions given the strong marine, naval and farming connections in those regions.

I'd have to say Carl Tyler, never seen many others though.
