I'm sorry if I'm spoiling everyone's fun here but to me a vote on who was 'best' on the day is actually quite sickening.
What do you want? A vote on which plane was 'best' to kill 10,000 people?

I think you're being a bit melodramatic here.  It's quite obvious that we're not celebrating nor congratulating the terrorists by ading to this thread - we're commenting on how the tragedy was brought to the common man through the media and certain channels DID have better coverage than others: it's a basic fact.  By voting in this forum you are commenting upon this, not saying you agree with the motives or think it was good idea, you are simply admiting to being a consumer of the global media - which we all are.
I also don't belive it is up to you to tell us when and where we may discuss this - we all have our own ways of dealing with mourning: some people take longer than others to get over things, but it is not up to any person to decide this for others.

Not when there are 1,000's of people dead and dying in New York and Washington.

There are so many victims from the sinking of teh Titanic unrecovered, and bodies from WWI/II which will never be recovered.  Are you saying we are not allowed to discuss these either?
We are running the risk of over-censorship here.  Don't let it happen.

I'm not telling you what to do, as you've said it is my right to exercise my opinion, regardless of whether it offends you or not, it clearly does and you've found yourself getting a bit lost.

If you'd payed a little more attention to what I'd said you'd have noticed that a) it was a suggestion that you shouldn't talk about it and b) that I objected to the use of the word 'best' in the subject line. At the moment, sitting about saying how A was better than B because A got the pictures of people jumping out of windows is frankly sick.

I'm not saying you shouldn't discuss it, but at least show a little respect.
