Actually it's Ben ShephArd - there's no 'e' in his name. Mind you, having to look after the contestants in the X-Factor Celebrity show does mean he's rather like a shepherd caring for a flock of bleating sheep!

I had the misfortune to catch some of the X factor extra programme last night on ITV2. The "news" section at the start was so lame, even the audience could barely raise a smile.
Bad jokes, under-rehearsed and embarrassing to watch.
Ben's a good looking lad, but he let himself down with that one. I couldn't switch off quick enough.
