Ben Shepherd GMTV

God doesnt poor Ben need some sleep? He, as always is doing a great job presenting both shows and even with his little mishaps you just have to laugh with him

Actually it's Ben ShephArd - there's no 'e' in his name. Mind you, having to look after the contestants in the X-Factor Celebrity show does mean he's rather like a shepherd caring for a flock of bleating sheep!

What I wonder is when Ben gets to see his wife and child! If I were Mrs. Shephard, I wouldn't let him out of my sight!

I had the misfortune to catch some of the X factor extra programme last night on ITV2. The "news" section at the start was so lame, even the audience could barely raise a smile.

Bad jokes, under-rehearsed and embarrassing to watch.

Ben's a good looking lad, but he let himself down with that one. I couldn't switch off quick enough.

i don't like Ben Shephard that much, I find him quite irritating.

Missed GMTV this morning. Was Ben on the show? If he was how tired did he look, the extra factor did not finish til 11:30 and there was plenty of alcohol flowing!

Glad there was not too much of Loos, hopefully she will fade away now

Last night's XTra Factor was very poor - but then the main show had dragged things out so long there really wasn't much else left to say, plus everyone was knackered and grumpy.
