Ben Freeman charged with rape

Charged not convicted!

Most cases like this involving people in the public eye result in all charges being dropped and either the accusser remaining behind their anonymity or selling their story to the press!

Indeed, charged not convicted - we must remember that.

But it's worth noting Ben has made the headlines for the wrong reasons in the past. Photos of a video in which Freeman demonstrated how to make "the perfect spliff" appeared in one of the Sundays a few years ago.

same thing happened to craig charles, being accused of rape that is, not making a spliff.

He likes his coke though

Now, now - that could be seen as libel!

Wasn't there a photograph of him snorting coke in one of the tabloids allegedly ?

You can hardly equate a spliff to rape

*We* know that Simon. However, the tone of your opening post, "And to think just ten years ago he was the darling of Grange Hill" rather implies a fall from grace. You comment could be interpreted as an implication of guilt. At least, that's what I infer from it.



That is NOT worth noting. In fact, its so far from relevance to a rape allegation to be downright preposterous.

Not all wrong-doing is the same, Simon.
