Just read this from Digital Spy:

The BBC is to launch a live interactive service to accompany every FA Cup game from round three, beginning on Saturday January 6.

The service will be accessible via the BBC-i bar across all three digital platforms, making it the first of its kind for a football application.

Options on FA Cup Interactive include:

Red Button: Audio. In addition to the traditional match commentary with John Motson, digital viewers can access alternate audio from BBC Radio Five Live and 'crowd sound'.

Green Button: Highlights. Edited match highlights updated continuously throughout the game. Screen offers the highlights as well as the real-time game on a single screen, so viewers can always keep up with play.

Yellow Button: Round-up. A video round-up of other games in the round; listen to commentary from the earlier games, and keep pace with the current match - all on one screen.

Blue Button: Stats. Facts and figures, such as shots on goal, possession, corners won, offside and fouls committed.

Sounds good doesn't it? Just wait and see if it really happens...

Interesting - the BBC is also launching a Winter Olympics Interactive service. On Digital Satellite this will have extra video channels - one carrying edited highlights, and another carrying different live event coverage.

The Digital Cable and Digital Terrestrial services will be text/graphics only - no video - but the digital cable service will have forums and e-mail.

The BBC are really great at this interactive malarkey aren't they? You can't fault them on it.
