BBC4 - 4 today?

Is BBC 4, 4 years old today? I just saw a little sting, mid-junction, saying Happy Birthday, 4 Today, the BBC 4 box having candles on top.

Apparently so, I've just seen it myself. Although that was at 1 minute past midnight, so I guess they're counting it in telly time (6-6).

Yes, they marked the fourth birthday of BBC Four with a graphic obviously knocked up in four minutes. By a four-year-old. I don't think Red Bee will be putting that one on their showreel.
