does anybody why bbc two are showing mostly new programmes apart from see you see me (1996) and zig zag (1996) and class tv are showing cool old programmes?

Because that's what they do ...

Class TV on CBBC has always relied on older Schools programming for it's content, whereas the current Schools programming remains on BBC TWO.
