For those with Sky Digital, turn to BBC2 Wales. You *may* henman pending, get the chance to see a lovely BBC2 WAles clock at 6 o clock and Wales Today at 6:30.  I guess the same will apply for the other nations........

Ooh - if the regional opt moves to BBC Two it will be most interesting to see how Norwich/Cambridge and Southampton/Oxford cope. I'm pretty certain Cambridge can only opt-out on BBC One from Sandy Heath, not sure about Oxford...

I would have thought that the English regions would just go for the network clock. I bet they don't even use a clock - probably just a standard ident

I think it must. I guess all Sky Viewers will be able to chose between UK Today, Wales Today, Reporting Scotland and Newsline.

(And Digital Terrestrial viewers in England will get UK Today as well!)

HI
There was a BBC TWO Clock on BBC Two England.

Expect to see an unusual ident/annoucement at 6.30 before your regional news programmes!

Yep, just saw the thread now but I suspected they'd do it so got the capture programme fired up to get it in widescreen.

Nice to see it hasn't been hit by the www.bbc.co.uk logo!! Smile

Wales Today at 6.30pm on BBC Two?! Titles galore! (I'll be taping BBC Two Wales!!)

Cheers, Asa

Asa, I've got the clock as well, but I'm taping Newsline so I'll send any clips I get straight to you!! I'll try and get the opening, sting and end.

BTW on Wales Today:

Opening titles straigt after the end of the News at Six
Sting at about 1835 (I think!)
End at end!!
