A glimpse of the Maverick ident was spotted out in the wild in the trailer for the new series of Top Gear, it was shown just before Gentleman Jack. So it must be coming very soon.

We were all keeping an eye out for Maverick and a new ident debuted before The Planets tonight!!!

I love it! And what I love the most is that it's one that we knew nothing about. No tip offs, no appearances in trailers. It just turned up!

Took the original '2' a year to get to around 13 idents in total. I remember Powder and Optics were the first new ones added one day. Then came Diary and that hotplate one. I should say regular idents rather than specially themed ones of which there were loads.
Every two curve ident has an endboard but not all have been used by Network. Regions have used some like Authoritative, Dark and Wonder long before Network.
Possibly the best so far - it's a wonder nobody has ever tried a globe based ident before. 
They seem to be churning these out pretty quickly - indeed have we had more curves than we had 2s in the original set yet?
P.S. Have all idents shown up as trailer boards as well?
