I've just seen them. They really are superb. A long-overdue very good brand refresh, which has been well worth the wait. Oneness, it most certainly is not.
And, one thing is now certain- for the first time in 7 years, we will be getting a brand new Christmas ident for BBC Two!!
Pleasantly shocked, love the consistency yet character in each one. I do miss rebrands being more of a surprise rather than being posted the day before usage but it doesn’t matter. Love them.
That's just the standard logo placement on any Media Centre news page to signify what channel it's relating to, rather than anything to do with the rebrand story itself.
I have to say I'm taken aback by how right they've got these new idents.
These look great. It means we'll all be moaning 10x harder on the BBC One thread instead.
Amazing what a change of channel controller can do. But it proves the BBC does have a budget for revamping presentation, so why are we stuck with the shot on an iPhone, up a ladder by a stills photographer crap on One?
