Nothing on BBC1 on Saturday night

This was mentioned a week or so ago in passing but still on the EPG and online guide next Saturday from 6pm - 6.30pm there is nothing scheduled for BBC1.

There was a theory it might be the Eurovision entry reveal, though thats now confirmed for Radio 1 & 2 on Thursday - and why it would be top secret is baffling.

So any thoughts on what they might air - don't think there is a new Doctor due, so it could be almost anything. Fingers crossed it's a half hour intro to the brilliant new presentation package replacing Oneness.

It must be because they’ve got so many Saturday night treats they can’t decide which one to show.

Digiguide says it’s Celebrity Mastermind though.

Maybe they've found the TVS Archive and are dedicating a night to it

Radio Times schedules for 29th Feb has Celebrity Mastermind airing at 6pm BBC One

Radio Times schedules for 29th Feb for 11.40pm has the film LA Confidential airing

I've seen it happen before. Sometimes it updates when the next schedule is added (usually Wednesdays at 7PM). Sometimes it stays that way until the show is actually broadcast.

As discussed on here previously, the BBC listings have been up the creek for a while now, and the issue clearly isn't resolved yet.

They've not fed through into the Sky EPG correctly either, but the listings are in DigiGuide.
What's happened is the EPG/website version hasn't been populated by whoever does the schedules.

Nothing to get excited about.

It'll be something or nothing (well it has to be), but is it possible Celebrity Mastermind has been withdrawn and Digiguide hasn't updated. I gave up my subscription to Digiguide because it wasn't as up to date as it used to be.
