BBC1 Christmas 2017 Idents

As we've not heard anything I assume its the standard BBC Christmas idents tomorrow and not a repeat of last years peoples idents.

Strictly was introduced with it's normal special ident instead of a Christmas one.

I take it, that was a surprise to you.

Death in Paradise Series 7 Sting:

BBC Scotland's Morag Irvine name-checks as she hands over to the News Channel, early on Christmas morning. I'm told it is unusual for her to name-check.

Well, yeah. Christmas idents usually pre-empt other special idents.

Every ep. of this series has been preceded with the Strictly ident, even post the Chistmas idents launch.
