Having watched the film back, it's grown on me. I guess I was distracted by the first Christmas ident being a father and daughter washing the dishes, but it really is a beautifully made animation.

Your return is the best thing that happened to TV Forum this year.

Mods disagree. I have been warned!

What a pity this forum is still run in the same childish way it always was.

See ya, chaps.

Hopefully there is at least some more in the set - maybe father and daughter does the hoovering? Father and daughter shreds unwanted junk mail? Father and daughter go borderline insane after hearing Symphony for the umpteenth time?

...Father and daughter slide up a supermarket aisle on a trolley?

Since when were you Doctor Who? Very Happy

I much prefer the Northern Ireland News ident. The subtle music and twinkles sets the tone right rather than just the dull lull of ambient noise.

There was a no music version of the Consider Yourself Christmas news ident where it was just ambient noise. Here’s the video:

I'm not really keen on the Father and Daughter characters featuring this year - just doesn't really work for me. I do really quite like the news one though (I feel the version without the music is best). Definetly could have been worse, but I doesn't think it is great.

The Supermarket one is the worst of the batch, but I can see it being used into entertainment and comedy. Overall though, 9/10. Should have made more than 4 though, that's my only minor gripe.
