I think it's because they are using clips of the original Warner Bros trailer and as "Harry Potter" logo is a registered trademark, they are required to highlight this.
Should have told them to bugger off, it's a bad precedent to set. Though I do wonder if that version of the trail will remain on air when higher powers get to see it...
