BBC1 & BBC3 win "Channel of the Year"

Must admit I'd have put BBC2 ahead of BBC1 as well, along with C4. BBC4 is a completely unique station anywhere on the airwaves, whereas BBC3, erm, isn't, so the decision confuses me a bit as well.
