Well they seem to have quite a diverse mix of programming on offer. Looking forward to Life on Mars and good old Doctor Who. I won't get too excited about the comedy just yet though. Harry Enfield Sketch Show? Hmm.

Won't be watching Just the Two Of Us, that really is car crash TV. I'm surprised they are bringing that back.

Looking forward to Doctor Who, The Apprentice and Castaway because I can't remember the first one! Also note The Peoples Quiz, is this instead of Test the Nation at Christmas?

On to BBC2 and they've announced that they are so impressed with Graham Norton showcasing his skills on things like "Strictly not Come Dancing" and "How do you solve a problem with what to do with an overpaid, underworked BBC presenters?", they've decided to risk giving him a weekly chat show!

Now, Mr Norton may like getting paid much more for doing much less, but otherwise it's got to be one of the worst career moves in TV history and he's lost alot of respect along the way.

P.S. Great to see the BBC are continuing their fine tradition of forgetting about searching for the programming of this generation and instead resurrecting the programming of the last.

Used to love Harry Enfield but can't imagine his return will live up to the memory. As much as I hated the idea when The Two Ronnies did it (but loved the Smith and Jones version), I can't help thinking a Harry Enfield and Chums Sketchbook would be a much better option.
