You're not the only one! I had trouble watching it earlier on, AOL just froze. BTW can anyone explain to me why you are to select your country on the BBC World website? Surely it's the exact same in every country around the world, although I could be wrong!

Have you never subsequently clicked on 'Schedule' or 'How to Receive'?

The BBC World Online feed is available only in audio if you are a dial-up internet access user. If you are on Broadband, both picture and sound will come through. There are two feeds - 100k and 350k. Obviously the 350k one is the best quality for Broadband - it's like actually watching BBC World on a television.
Lately (for me anyway), the BBC World 350k stream has been choppy on my Windows Media player. I dunno if it's something wrong on my end or on their end.

As Asa has subtly put it - there are different schedules for different parts of the World .. hence you select the country and it gives the schedule for a) your area and b) in your time zone.
Was anyone watching BBC World late last night GMT when we were shown the very end of the weather recording? - we saw the presenter bend down to type at the keyboard then the VT rewound (in vision) to the cue-clock (sorry, I don't know the correct term) and then played forward at the correct speed. I think the 'bbcworld.com' VT was skipped after the weather so that the next add break wasn't late.
I didn't get any captures because I don't know how to do it - perhaps someone could inform me? I'm using Windows Media Player.
