BBC World News @ 11pm GMT

Does anyone know why BBC World News use a different break ident at this time, does this bullerin go out on another BBC channel?

What does it sound like? Is it like TWT?

No, they usee the breaking news ident, and then when they come back, the breaking ident music ends with the breaking news ident!

Then in that case I don't know! Is this the only time they've done it? Quite strange.

No, this happens all the time on the 11pm GMT bulletin!

The 11pm bulletin goes out on BBC America I think.

Yeah, I think that must be the reason, but I don't see the point of this!

Yes, 11pm GMT is 6pm EST and BBC America have an hour of World News and Hardtalk (or something like this) at this time.

Just been on the BBC America site and they have a schedule there for you to see when they show the same as BBC World!
