At 17.58 CET, BBC World suddenly started REWINDING the breakfiller on air!

Lasted for at least 15 seconds- as long as it takes me to fire up my capture software- ah well.

Very funny it was too!

I hate to say this, but shouldn't this go in Love TV's cock-up thread?

They've just cut into breaking news with a nice breaking news intro, about the presidents visit to Iraq.

Ah yes, the pidle in sting! They often use that to interrupt scheduled programming for breaking news or live coverage.

Vastly. Much more major than the gallery switching to presenter mid report just as they express their favourite F word journalists like to use, or having a fire in a studio...

Certainly not as major set up, when Anita McNaight was caught off guard, that was a major cock up, as she swore on air!

Has anyone got any caps of this?

It's the end title which they play on overnight BBC News, but it says BREAKING NEWS with BBC WORLD underneath, and there is another on which says LIVE COVERAGE instead of BREAKING NEWS.

There are some clips on InformativosTV - although these are the old ones (2000-2002), the new ones are visually the same, but just have a varient of the 2002-present theme. I haven't seen any of these floating about on the net, as they are rather difficult to capture, as you can imagine!
