On the BBC World feed (Donga) it just came up with "No or Bad Signal" in a red banner across the feed.

Does anyone know why this happened?

it could be wherever they are getting BBC World, it might be scrambled or they have lost their signal from the satellite!

Yes, the provider who runs this service must only run BBC World at a certain time of day. It's like that everymorning. But if you keep posting about this stream your going to get it shutdown.

LOL if your all that worried about the "BBC WORLD ONLINE STREAM" getting shutdown, move to northern France, there you can get BBC World and most of the UK channels, minus the license fee.

Or why not just stick a dish on the wall in the UK?

I'm not sure that most peoples walls could take a dish large enough to pick up BBC World from Hotbird.

You don't need a huge dish - in the south, a 60cm would do it (size of old Sky dishes), and in the north, about 70/80cm.

I've just checked the second Far East site which streamed BBC World. This is also now saying 'Service not running or scrambled'. I think our Goose has been well and truely cooked.
