The old titles were like that as well. I think it's because one piece of the music is longer than the other.

The music bed is played off a minidisc, while the titles are played of a profile. Therefore the sound and vision directors both need to hit their buttons at the same time for the music to be in sync. This is done so the music bed runs throughout the headlines. Columbus can only cope with playing one thing at a time.

Don't know why pres were playing the old style. I know they had problems with their caption generator crashing in the morning so may be related to that. They should all be using the new style

They played the old graphics on marketboards tonight, so presumably they're still having problems.

Same with the Contact Us graphic that still shows the old background with the old Apple notebook.

That looks very out of place now.

If pres is having problems with the new marketboards, then why don't they generate them from the studio like they used to?
