Something before the 90 Second countdown? (January 2004)

I don't know about BBC World, but the News 24 countdowns are 90 seconds long. The first number shown is 90. The music starts at the same time as the first number is shown. The duration is a minute and a half. Then it ends. Smile

Or play it again seeing as some anoraks take longer than 90 seconds to shoot their load. Not many, but some.

Technically Worlds countdown is 61 seconds and N24 is 91 seconds. Because 00 isn't classed as a number as such yet is on screen for 1 second. So by definition both are 1 second longer than they actually state. Wink

I would have said 92 as the bit at the end with people zooming around stage 6 with 00 does hang for quite a while to allow for late opts.

Yeah any other bit they have there just incase no opt occurs. So what are we looking at. N24 = 3 Hours. World = 1 Hour? rofl
