I personally have another feeling that this WON'T happen to Asa.
The 'z' in Identz is often something more suited with the words Moviez, Appz etc. Hush Hush, Wink Wink sort of words. Maybe if identz was called something else they might just have said ' Change this - do that etc. '
You never know, that's how i feel about it.
Not that that is a dig or anything. And I think I'm gonna buy the CD too!

Well I faxed off my order this morning, so hopefully it should get processed fairly quickly... certainly it is worth the £5 even if you just get a high quality version of the break filler, the other tracks are big bonses!
Well we shall wait with abaited breath ~ i totally disagree with ANY form of publishing of the CD online. Automatic ban and exclusion from the forum should result in this serious breach of BBC copyright.
Well I have the CD in my hands - rather nice it is too.
Four versions as you know ...
World Connection 2mins50sec
Asian Dream 3min08sec
Nation to nation 3mins26sec
BBC World TV Mix 3mins12sec
It's the last track that's used on air (although to my ear it's slightly different).
All the tracks are very chill-out ... was talking to the guy behind the CD from BBC World and he says he's been amazed my the response from the UK.
He also said he was sorry it was only credit cards but he did say he'd think about taking cheques from the UK!!!!
I think you'll like it .... the artwork is quite nice as well.

What I wouldn't do to have NickyS's job! Lol!
It's so great to have 'insiders' at the BBC who tell us things like this. BTW: What is the name of the man behind the Cd?

Like James said, the BBC have finally put some of their music up for sale and I think everyone who wants the music should buy it. If there is a good response, they could decide to make more CDs available. I'm 16 and live in the US, but I'm still going to ask my parents (who barely know what BBC World is) to order the CD for me for Christmas.

But he's not actually the man behind getting the CD released - he's called Paul Coleman and you'll see his name on the Cd - along with Warren Peden who produced the tracks for BBC World. You have to thank Paul a lot - he battled a lot to get it released!
I posted my form away this morning and first class, so I do hope it will come before Christmas, because I can't wait anylonger. I do love the names of the tracks, sound fantastic! When ever someone gets their copy through the post let us all know what they thing!
